Horrible horrible - Rude staff, air-con not working, photocopy machine not working so staff took photos of ID's with their own personal phones - We checked out and moved elsewhere ( lost our money too as it seems that abusing customers in front of their young children is seen as acceptable behaviour by both the management and the company that we booked with) I could go on but have wasted enough time and energy on this hotel - do yourself a favour and stay away

It's a bit overrated, the location is good, but the road leading to it is a pretty poor track. The room maintenance leaves much to be desired. The TV didn't work, the old-fashioned refrigerator barely cooled, and the pool area is pretty good. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

Daily room cleaning totally absent, quantity of mosquitoes comparable to a rice field, old structure. Hot water at times, 90's shower. The only plus point considering the narrow and long bathroom is the optimization of time, brushing your teeth while sitting on the bathroom fixtures. The only certainty in life is never to go back!

I only stayed 4 nights but the property is really beautiful, even though it is in the countryside, it is located near Orosei (we were by car). The place could be pleasant in the middle of olive fields in the countryside. Parking is paid although not advertised and the price varies if you pay in cash or credit card. The breakfast at 15 euros is very expensive because the jam, the honey, many of the cakes are in plastic and industrial. No wifi in the rooms except at the reception.

We arrived at this resort with high hopes and left after half an hour. Already from the outside the structure appears old and unkept, but the surprise was the room: totally unacceptable for a so-called 4 star. Tiny, dirty, furnished only with an empty minibar, an old wooden chair and a post-war wardrobe dirty inside (large stains in the upholstery yellowed by time) and outside. The curtains in the room were black, the mosquito net was broken, as was the wooden entrance door, not to mention the tiny TV with the cables tied behind it in plain sight. The most disgusting note, however, was the tiny bathroom, with a mini sink only for the hands and the shower completely devoid of light and stuck in a sort of shaft (if you use it in the evening you risk either not washing because you can't see, or to hit some limbs and hurt yourself). Cobwebs everywhere, broken toilet cistern and the last cleaning done was at least two/three years ago. In short, a room that could be suitable, perhaps, as an annex to leave luggage. The only positive note was the kindness of the boy at the reception, I imagine well aware of the squalor of the room, who immediately agreed to cancel the reservation. The setting is pretty and it's nice to be in this exterior with a pleasant swimming pool and bungalows/chalets. But the complex is starting to be dilapidated, hard bedding, no real restaurant, fridge and wifi that don't work and abandoned gym. It is also easy to hear the neighbors in the rooms. The breakfast isn't great either. The setting, the fact that the receptionist speaks French (the only one) and the free parking were fortunately very appreciable.
