I have stayed here on many occasions with just my family and with friends and their families. I am always happy there because the general welcome, friendly management and staff make up for the rather dated facilities. Rooms and beds are small as is the shower/WC but in terms of value in a ski/mountain-biking/walking resort in Alpine Switzerland you get what you are prepared to pay for; it’s called capitalism 🤷🏼♂️ I will be back and if space is available I would not stay anywhere else in Les Diablerets and I have stayed elsewhere there 🤔 Hopefully the Isenau tele-cabin will be reconstructed soon but the newish 10 person tele-cabin to Meilleret is fast, efficient and only a 10 minute flat walk from Les Source and connects Villars Go but please don’t book before I do as I need to get in 😂

Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!

Chambre simple mais très confortable. Presque toutes les chambres ont un balcon ou une terrasse. Bien situé, à côté de la rivière et au bord de la forêt. Très calme. Minigolf gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner simple et bon.

Wir wurden empfangen, wie man es sich wünscht, dh. ohne schnick, schnack, aber mit allen Informationen. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und die Bedienung mit sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit. Die Qualität der Betten war gut. Zusammenfassend waren wir gut aufgehoben.

Accueil et personnel très sympathiques et disponibles. Cependant, la chambre est un peu vieillotte surtout la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Bien que la chambre soit propre, le duvet est juste tiré et l’oreiller n’est pas secoué. Le sol de la salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyé un matin. Buffet du petit-déjeuner correct, il y en a pour tous les goûts (sucré et salé). Pour un 3 étoiles, il manque des viennoiseries. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec un joli mini-golf.

Que voilà un hôtel familial fort sympathique. Accueil chaleureux et le personnel a toujours été attentif à nos désirs. Chambre vaste bien qu'un peu vieillotte mais confortable en tout point.Très bonne literie. Excellent repas, sans chichis mais de très bonne qualité.

Une nuit dans cet hôtel début Août 2022. Un hôtel dans un quartier calme en lisière de forêt avec vue dégagée sur la montagne. Hôtel à l'aménagement un peu daté mais très propre. Très bon accueil et personnel professionnel. Chambre et literie confortable. Balcon. Ambiance décontractée. Un hôtel que nous avons apprécié.
