Enjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food.

I have stayed here on many occasions with just my family and with friends and their families. I am always happy there because the general welcome, friendly management and staff make up for the rather dated facilities. Rooms and beds are small as is the shower/WC but in terms of value in a ski/mountain-biking/walking resort in Alpine Switzerland you get what you are prepared to pay for; it’s called capitalism 🤷🏼♂️ I will be back and if space is available I would not stay anywhere else in Les Diablerets and I have stayed elsewhere there 🤔 Hopefully the Isenau tele-cabin will be reconstructed soon but the newish 10 person tele-cabin to Meilleret is fast, efficient and only a 10 minute flat walk from Les Source and connects Villars Go but please don’t book before I do as I need to get in 😂

Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!

Beetje gedateerd maar goed hotel. Ideaal sporthotel dicht bij de piste en met lekkere menu’s in halfpension en een uitgebreid ontbijt. De livemuziek was ook een meerwaarde op oudejaarsavond, net zoals de gratis parking. Vriendelijke staff!

Emplacement bien situé, endroit calme à bord de la rivière, prêt des remontées mécaniques, places de parc gratuites La salle de bains demande une rénovation Le prix reste élevé. Nous avons dîner 2 soirs. Prix du repas cher, et celui de la saint-Silvestre, aucun commentaire, c'est juste du vol. Petit-déjeuner correct. Les dames à l accueil très agréables et compétentes.
