I spent Christmas at this hotel with a group. The location of this hotel is great, as the views are beautiful, but the hotel was such a big disappointment. We were given a large family room, but the carpet was badly stained, the lighting was really bad and worst of all was the shower in the very small bathroom, as it was held against the wall by just a metal clip, so you either had to let the water run down the wall or hold the shower in your hand, which made hair washing impossible. Also the radiators in public areas were very chipped and doors were badly scratched. The food could only be described as bad hospital food. To make matters worse, the owner informed us that we would have a special meal on Christmas evening. This turned out to be chicken and chips, followed by a tasteless, white type of blancmange! Everybody was upset and one couple even had a very badly chipped plate. I have stayed in many categories of hotels and B&Bs all over the world, but this was honestly the worst ever.

Absolutely shocking the food is terrible the rooms are very basic at best, we are on a organised tour the scenery and location are spectacular but the hotel is terrible cold food chipped plates and bowls every meal, weve just had the worst Christmas meal ever ever ever

Very good and popular with families with children. Good food and service fast with agréable staff. Very well situated and found things to do despite the lack of snow. Dianlerets and Leysin are easily accessible as is Château d’Oex. Will most probably return.

Camere da rinfrescare (crépi e moquette sono passati da almeno 20 anni), servizi da migliorare (cena e colazione con offerta limitata). Pulizia deludente (sul terrazzo abbiamo trovato una forchetta tendi filo interdentale). Posizione indiscutibilmente top. Ma solo quello .

Personnel sympathique mais cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles. Les chambres sont minuscules et la salle de bain tellement petite et mal agencée que nos affaires de toilettes devaient rester sur la table de nuit. La literie n'était pas confortable non plus. Globalement trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Hôtel vieillot. La chambre est grande assez agréable. Grande baie vitrée, pas de voilage. Doubles rideaux rouges pas très agréables. Grande terrasse face à la montagne, un peu vétuste, partagée avec une autre chambre (?) La salle de bain est très petite. Rien pour poser les affaires. Douche avec rideau en plastique qui colle au corps. Toilettes collées à la douche. Les repas sont copieux, simples. Un peu cantine. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Café en poudre et lait froid. On m’a refusé un expresso. Salle petite pas facile de circuler. La personne du matin n’est pas aimable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel restaurant par l'entremise d'un voyage organisé par les autocars Deliège à Dolhain Limburg. nous avons mon épouse et moi-même très bien mangé et ne comprenons pas du tout les mauvais commentaires. Les repas sont excellents, le personnel de salle très sympathique et le responsable de salle aux petits soins pour les clients. L'hôtel et les chambres, rien à redire. Excellent séjour.

Fin d'après-midi, il y a du monde pas ce n'est pas bondé. Nous sommes 10 au retour d'une marche et nous nous réjouissons de voire quelques chose de frais et de manger quelque chose. - Temps d'attente interminable pour la prise de commande. - Temps également interminable pour recevoir la commande - Service en plusieurs fois avec des erreurs à chaque fois - Plusieurs d'entre-nous doivent se déplacer au bar pour y demander les boissons ou patisseries manquante. Personnel antipathique et sans sourire. C'est navrant. Nous ne reviendrons plus.
