We've been staying here for decades. We were so excited to be here again and we were so disappointed with our room. it was right next to some sort of employee work room and there was a constant hum/buzz sound the entire time. Nobody slept. I did mention this to the staff and there was not much concern. The next day I received an email from them about charges to my card. This was an error since I booked and paid through a third party. When I called, the woman who answered was very rude and even said I had accused her of doing something illegal. Let me assure you I did not. And when I asked why she was being so argumentative, she was even more so. I asked for her name, and she hung up on me. I called later to ask for a manager and was told they would call me back. They did not. So bummed to think of never staying here again because all our past experiences were wonderful. Management needs to figure things out. PS- I tried to address this before giving them a bad review. But, nobody seemed to care.
