Really bad experience. Staffs are noisy in the hallways, and gives you bad morning experience with the noise.
This was hyped as a new hotel, but relatively way worse than other ones I’ve tried locally.
(1) Their breakfast gives you juice, hot chocolate or coffee. I asked for juice and they gave coffee.
(2) The room cleaning, they knock at 9-10am while I’m asleep for cleaning, then I asked them to come again later in the afternoon and they didn’t.
(3) The room cleaning during the night time was asked again, and they left it uncleaned and all messy except some changed toiletry.
(4) You have to repeat what you’re saying a lot of times 3-5X before the staff do or understand what you’re implying/request.
(5) The room is not sound proof.

The hotel has a good location in Ormoc city. Stay is value for money. The gym is not available during my stay, but over-all, the stay is good...
