Staff is helpful and polite, however the rooms are not sound proof, especially the window sills thus it's difficult to sleep at night.

Hairs on the bed and floor.
Stained bed sheets & pillow cover
No phone in the room- need to communicate via msg or call.
Breakfast order requested; order(menu & time of delivery) took before 5pm on the arrival date. The next day, not delivered. Asked upon check-out, delivered but no one response.
No note or msg left on my door or under.
Apologized but nothing else given- would be nice to give a coffee that i ordered & paid.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

Really nice hotel with big family rooms. Convenient location. Breakfast is average but good enough. Needs to install more vanity mirrors.

Hotel itself is Good for its price. Been here a couple times but be careful not to encounter the newly instated Hotel Manager from “Manila” Very Rude Hotel Manager, very unprofessional, very arrogrant that He is from Manila and will look down on his clients as if the clients were inferior to him. Will belittle clients advice and treat clients as not knowing persons. Be well dressed because the hotel manager will judge on how you look and treat you on how he will perceive you, specially if you are dressed shabbily. better find another hotel if you have money
