Bianco Olympico Beach Resort-All Inclusive

Worst hotel experience. Firstly my sons girls blanket was taken from the room which we thought was just done by a mistake by the cleaners unfortunately the staff were very unhelpful and didn’t really care even when we explained she had it from birth and it’s very sentimental to her, so we spoke to the hotel manager but before we could get a word out he was very defensive and starting shouting at us then told us we were lying and his receptionist and cleaner where going to search the rooms which we agreed to but they went through everything opening our suitcases bags and backpacks. The blanket went missing on day 2 and we had been trying to get it back since then unfortunately we never got it back and the manager didn’t even apologise to us. Now onto the hotel unfortunately not great either the rooms were cheap and dirty. We only had a sheet in our room as our cover nothing else. The bathroom in our room smelt of sewage the door handle on the main door fell off and we had to try and screw it back on ourselves otherwise our room would have been left open. The food wasn’t awful but you get no variety you get 6 dishes on a hot plate and salad. The breakfast was the worst part it was eggs, tomatoes with grated cheese, and what was supposed to be bacon but definitely wasn’t then 3 pastry’s for you hot breakfast. Cold breakfast fruit a choice of 3 cereals with warm milk, and 2 cheeses and 2 cold meats with bread brown or white, so if you are a fussy eater this isn’t the place for you we ate out every single day. The toilets in the hotel don’t have locks on the doors so had to go back to room if I needed the toilet but only spent one day there in the end so wasn’t to bad for us. It’s very out of the way of everything so I would suggest hiring a car like we did as it was the best thing we did. All in all I would say avoid this hotel there are definitely better hotels for the same price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I cannot explain how bad this hotel is, the money you spend will be a waste and good luck ever getting a refund. The staff are rude and when you voice your complaints the manager gets defensive and denies all, no accountability ever taken. Rooms are dirty and cheap often not being cleaned. They also do not have safe locks on or fire alarms. The photos are taken very strategically and miss all the moulded areas around the pool and flies on the food. This is the worst hotel i have ever been too and I would encourage everyone to stay well clear.

Disgusting hotel, do not waste your time! The rooms with a ‘garden view’ is just a patch of dirt. You have an uncomfortable mattress with two night stand tables which are worth £10. They can’t paint their walls properly and in our room the shower didn’t work. The room was very dirty and glasses had been left outside another room for over two hours with staff just walking by them. The ‘all inclusive’ is about six dishes which is great if you would like to eat cold plain food all day with flies hanging around. The staff are very unhelpful and when I told them our complaints they shrugged and did not offer anything but another garden room! We had to move hotel the same day.

The hotel is located on top of a hill so even its close to the beach, access to the beach is problematic. There is no bar or service on the beach. Sea is very nice there are some umbrellas and sun beds but the number is limited. The views from hotel restaurant is amazing. Aslo rooms have good view to the sea. Hotel is clean. Some areas could be better cleaned. Room was clean but a bit small. The staff was friendly and tried to help always. Pool side is nice place to spend some time with kids. Location is good. Nikiti is 15 min and neos marmaras is 30 min distance. So its also very close to the best beaches such as koviou, lagomandra etc. In general it was worth the value and good for families with kids. Food quality could be better.

Good resort, big and clean rooms. The foos was os delicious and well cooked all time, something which is expected in greece. The only problem was kind of remoted hotel from city center and nothing to do.No shops near by. If you like to walk hills maybe you can reach centre and meet people. Chairs in pool available, but in the beach not enough for all hotel guests.

It's not often I review a place while I'm still there but here goes. We're here for 3 nights on a tour round northern Greece and this is only day 2 but already I feel inclined to advise the world about this place, OK, here's the good stuff, The hotel is beautiful, Rooms are nice (if you like white) and the staff are lovely and helpful. BUT ! the food is awful and this is an all-inclusive so you are stuck with it, And it's not as if you can nip out to a local taverna for a bit of a change. There's nothing much within 10km, Oh, and the beach, if you can call it that is a 100 metre sliver of sand with a few sunbeds. In fairness, there's a beautiful long deserted beach about 15 minutes walk away although there's nothing there except sea and sand - but it's well worth the walk. Such a shame about the catering.
