We chose this hotel since it is considered one of the best in the area. I was not disappointed since the room was big and well equipped, clean and the lady was very kind and helpful. However I consider it overpriced for what it offers and for the period we visited it (there was one more room busy the days we stayed). The breakfast was average, not so many choices but good quality. We tried the salt cave which was nothing special according to us. The location is good, on the main street of the village. I may choose it again if I visit the area but not blindfold this time.

Άννα Τσιγκοπούλου Το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο στο Λουτράκι. Αξίζει πραγματικά να το επισκεφτείτε και να γνωρίσετε την ιδιοκτήτρια την Έλενα άκρως φιλόξενη, ευγενική, καλοσυνάτη η οποία προσφέρει όλες τις υπηρεσίες του spa και του μασάζ για απόλυτη χαλάρωση και ευεξία. Καθαριότητα, πανέμορφο περιβάλλον, υπέροχη θέα στα δωμάτια. Prive πισίνα και σπήλαιο αλάτων που θα σας μαγέψουν. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα ελπίζουμε να ξαναέρθουμε σύντομα.

Πολύ καλό, καθαρό, ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπική. Καλό πρωϊνο. Πάρκινγκ στην αυλή του ξενοδοχείου. Καλή τιμή για τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες. Το δικό μου δωμάτιο είχε και jacuzzi. Στο κέντρο του οικισμού. Θα το προτιμούσα πάλι!!

Κλείσαμε κράτηση τηλεφωνικώς για το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο με πακέτο για μασάζ για τις 8 το απόγευμα του Σαββατου 30/10. Αφήνω όνομα και τηλέφωνο για την κράτηση και συμφωνούμε η εξόφληση να γίνει από κοντά. Με παίρνουν για επιβεβαίωση την 28η Οκτώβρη και απαντάω θετικά. Φτάνουμε το Σάββατο στις 20.00 ακριβώς ζητάμε από την κοπέλα της ρεσεψιόν το κλειδί δωματίου μας και είναι πρόθυμη να μας το δώσει. Όταν όμως της μιλήσαμε για το ραντεβού για μασάζ, μας είπε πως η κράτησή μας ακυρώθηκε γιατί ΔΗΘΕΝ προσπαθούσαν να επικοινωνήσουν όλο το πρωί κ δε με βρισκαν!! Της εξηγώ ότι εγώ δεν δέχθηκα καμία κλήση παρά μόνο την 28η που κάναμε την επιβεβαίωση και της δείχνω τις πρόσφατες κλήσεις του κινητού μου ως απόδειξη. Δυσπιστει, μου κάνει κλήση επιτόπου, δε χτυπάει το κινητό μου κ μετά συνειδητοποιει ότι παίρναν σε ΛΑΘΟΣ αριθμό. Εδώ να σημειώσω ΞΑΝΑ ότι την Πέμπτη μιλήσαμε ΚΑΝΟΝΙΚΌΤΑΤΑ!! Όταν της λέω ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό τους, όχι μόνο δεν μου βρήκε λύση, αλλά μου ΜΙΛΗΣΕ και με ειρωνικό τόνο. Μετά από λίγο έρχεται κι ο ιδιοκτήτης ο οποίος συνέχισε το ίδιο τροπάρι, ρίχνοντας μου και το φταίξιμο ότι δεν ήμουν στην ώρα μου!! Η αντίδρασή μου... Ακυρώνω κ το δωμάτιο επιτόπου κ φεύγω μες στα νεύρα!! Η εξυπηρέτηση εν ολίγοις ΚΑΚΙΣΤΗ και η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού και του ιδιοκτήτη του ίδιου Α-ΠΑ-ΡΑ-ΔΕ-ΚΤΗ!! Δε θα πρότεινα διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο για ΚΑΝΈΝΑ ΑΠΟΛΥΤΩΣ ΛΌΓΟ!!
