A short 6 mile drive to the great restaurants and shops that downtown Chatham has to offer. Spend a day enjoying the rail trail and the charming village of Orleans just 3 miles from the house. The home next door is occupied by an onsite manager to help with any needs that may arise. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Wifi available to enjoy your favorite TV shows or to work remotely. Large back yard with hammock, picnic table and grill to enjoy meals outdoors. After a day at the beach rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for a week. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was also a convenient drive to the entire Cape Cod area. Also,The hammock was nice to relax in while looking at the beautiful property. It was an older, quaint little cottage that has been well cared for.

Beautiful Home
The property was perfect for our stay of 3. Excellent location and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Would highly recommend. Communication with the property owners was extremely punctual.

Adorable cottage
The cottage is accurately described and photographed in the listing. Super clean and private feel despite being on a busier street. We didn’t realize that Cap Cod / Orleans isn’t really bikable so you wouldn’t be able to bike from the cottage to shops etc. The largest bed- Queen- is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs- that may be a consideration depending on age/ ability etc. we were very happy with our stay and the host was very prompt with communication. Check Plus!
