"I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want.
Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables.
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!"
"Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!"
"This hotel is newly opened. The location is also very good. Faifield is now cooperating with NCAA, so the gym facilities are very good. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It is only more than 20 minutes away from Universal Studios."
"The experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again."
"I had originally thought that it was right next to a shopping mall, but the Unicom shopping mall closed at 10 o'clock, and the mall was also shabby, which was a bit disappointing. However, I only stayed there for one night for the cruise, so I left it at that."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the space is not very large, but it is adequate in all aspects. Hot drinks are available in the lobby. The breakfast is the same as the oldest. The meals are a bit quick. The hot water is gone and it is not renewed in time. Overall pretty good"
"Was initially worried because of the mixed reviews online but I got to say, I’m so glad I took a chance with this hotel. It has gone beyond our expectations and we would love to be back. We stayed there as a group of 6 for one night. The room was more than spacious to accommodate us. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast spread was good. Would definitely recommend!"

Great
MM306039****The room is quite big, with a microwave and a refrigerator. The cleaning was only done once in eight nights. I asked twice to change the towels, and they agreed, but no one came to change them. There are no slippers, so please bring your own. You can ask the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste. There are only a few items for breakfast (see picture)

Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends.
Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind.
Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite.
Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax.
Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort.
Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

GGuest UserFirst off, I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Let's cover the great: Location is amazing. More than adequate available free parking that is well-lit and feels safe. Super helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hot water paired with great a great shower head. Air conditioning that actually works whether you're in the room or not. Across the street from a Wawa. Well kept maintenance. Hotel has WiFI. Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Orlando is built over swamps, so every hotel has insects, but this one seems to have the bug problem very well under control.
Let's cover the not-so-great: Sure, breakfast is free and features proteins, but you'll be thankful there's a Wawa across the street. The timing is very limited for the shuttles and Uber is only $6 or so each way to either Universal or Epic. You're paying $20 per day for that Wifi, shuttle you won't use, and breakfast you try on the first day and won't return for. Resort fees are like those locking nugnuts and other bribes you have to pay to buy a new car. They're obnoxious, but you're stuck with it.
Again, I'd definitely stay here again and the negatives are just being nitpicky. I just want to set the expectation that you will pay a bit more than you think, but it's still a great value that I highly recommend.

Yyibi****The room is nice, very close to Huanying, the front desk is nice, there is a swimming pool, a free shuttle bus to the park, and a hotel bus stop. There are various restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket not far away. Take bus 22 from the airport to the hotel

เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

GGuest UserWe stayed here last year and it was great except for the hot tub’s heater was not working. This year a year later it was still not working. Non of the ice machines were not working. Had to get it from the pool side bar. We also saw roaches in the room. We will not be back
