The room hardware is OK, but the service is terrible. We stayed for four nights, but they never cleaned the room, did not clear the trash, and did not replenish the supplies. We went to the front desk every night to ask for cleaning the next day, and reminded them to clean the room when we left in the morning, but they ignored us, as if we hadn't said anything. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, everything was the same. I would collapse if I stayed any longer😫

I loved staying at the hotel. It is in close proximity to Lake Eola, restaurants and shops. My only negative is there is no parking and you need to park on the street. Luckily for us, we came on Saturday afternoon, so after 6 and on Sunday roadside parking is free, but any other time would have been challenging. Also once we parked, we didn't want to leave and lose our spot, so we didn't experience the evening as we would have.

Parking is the only thing that is expensive in this whole area. I recommend parking in the hotel even when you end up paying more. If you are towed prepared for a long run to a scary area, almost 25 minutes away and the people in charge are not serious at all with your time.

Hotel.comNeeds better communication with the hotel
The only thing I can complain when I arrived at 3:30pm the room was not available. It was sold out, when I paid for it in advance for 2 bed. However, the front desk associate did everything in his hand to fix the problem and move me to another room. The only available was king bed. The breakfast was okay, according to the employee the oven was broken. We found some hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

Fire alarm was going off for a whole day /night and was on constantly when complained about the staff was nasty ….of the night when we went the morning after the staff was very nice very helpful
