The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were clear and no hidden fees. We have stayed at other resorts in the area and the bill was $500 more than they originally advertised. At Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa the prices were exactly what they said it would be. They were happy to make our stay pleasant and they asked no extra fees to do that. We will stay here again when we come to Orlando.

Rooms very outdated and furnitures were horrible. Not a good place if you are going to be multiple days in Disney. Very limited buses. We could not get any. You're better off driving which was only a15 minute drive.

Disney not far. The restaurant Frankie's was excellent. Pool was spot on and transportation to Disney was a breeze.

The biggest problem was checking in. The lady at the front desk was rude. The map I was given had the wrong room number on it Access to the room was a problem, no where to park in front of the building and the doors in the back wouldn't work making getting our luggage in the room.

We stayed here for a work conference it was very nice. Only draw back not many places to dine. We had a few water bugs in our kitchen but everything else was great. People were very nice. Wish we saw housekeeping more we didn’t see them at all. Thank you for a great trip

Love this resort. Beautiful grounds
Near restaurants and Publix. Room condition is dated with well used, faded furniture. Beds ok. Staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable

We didn’t get to use many of the amenities because we booked in February, but the gym was very small and not well equipped. We booked for the location and for the kitchen. The dishwasher was very old, it ran but did not clean things. Almost all dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Cooking was difficult with one frying pan, one small pot, no spatula, no large bowls. The stovetop didn’t work and we had to have someone come fix it. The carpets were threadbare in spots and the curtains had some holes in them. There were blackout curtains in the living room, but not the bedrooms. It wasn’t dirty, but very old and outdated. I don’t know whether or not this is typical for this price range in this area.

This was the third time we stayed at this Resort hotel. We love this hotel for its comfort, good custom er service and good location. This is our preferred hotel in Orlando FL.
One constructive feedback I want to provide is that the property should consider upgrading the older condos/rooms. The living room especially needs some newness.
