Spent the week here and went to Disney. It was nice coming back to a quiet place. Will definitely stay again when going to Disney

Fraudulent charge to my credit card after I checked out. Premises look nice. The rooms are outdated, very basic and furniture barely functional. Great location for access to all parks around the area. Kitchens are useless because they don’t even give you a pan or toaster. Salt and pepper you have to buy at property grocery. Very petty stuff. But I am completely disturbed by the fraudulent charge to my credit card which I will be reporting to the attorney general. Just because you have my credit card on file, doesn’t mean you can use it when you feel like it. When I called the hotel to ask what this charge is for, they said they miscalculated something and decided to charge after I checked out , obviously without my authorization. What???

It waa better than expected. Room was super nice, spacious. Furniture seemed newer. We were very happy when we walked into our room. Pool is super too.

Very spacious! Couldn’t have asked for more. Convenient comes to mind when I think of this place especially when traveling with family big or small. Staff were very professional. No complaints here.

The suite was very spacious. A little out of date but still had everything we needed and was clean.
2 Downfalls: We had a fireworks view but we had to go out onto the balcony and look to the left.
The building backed onto a very busy and noisy highway so it was too noisy to sit out there. We requested a change when a suite became available but they never called back. We were there 6 nights so it seems they could have after the weekend crowd left.
I suggest you request a pitate pool view fro the best location.

For a family stay this hotel is a good for the space , full kitchen with utensils and a good sized bathroom. But although check in is at 4pm, they didn’t have a room available till 6pm, although the manager was nice enough to give us a 50$ credit it was still a hell of a wait time. They could work on better mattresses. Only 8min drive to Disney so that’s a . Overall okay stay.

We got to the hotel early. I went to the front desk to let them know we were early, and to let us know if anything was available before 4. This was at 12:30. At 2, I went back, and just asked again if any rooms were cleaned. At 4, I went to check in and they said no rooms are clean still. They stated that checkin was 4 o’clock or later. I asked for a manager, they got us in a room (I much had been done and ready for hours) Our room was advertised as sleeping 8 people. When everyone laid down, we realized we only had 6 pillows. I called the front desk at 9 o’clock to get pillows and a couple extra towels for the morning. They said it would be a $10 charge to get more towels and they would try and find some pillows. At 10:15 we got 3 towels but no pillows. I called again at 10:15 and at 11. We never received any pillows. Two of our kids slept with no pillow. We also got ding ding ditched 4 times at 11 pm and the security guard said they’ve been doing it for a week and causing guests to leave. But they couldn’t catch them. Our alarm in our room was also set to go off every hour all night long, we finally unplugged it at 5 am. Just overall, they are obviously understaffed, don’t communicate, don’t have enough supplies, and don’t really care how your stay is. We only stayed one night, I wouldn’t imagine a week at that place.

The hotel is in a good location for shopping,restaurants and the parks.
The room we stayed in needs desperately to be updated. The carpets were very worn in places,the tub had terrible stains and needs replacing. The dishwasher was dented like someone had kicked it or punched it. The other furniture in the room also very worn and needs replacing. Our room had no view. We looked out at the back of the shopping mall and was directly above the vent for the bar and restaurant, so had the smell of grease all day . Therefore we could not go out to sit on balcony at all. The blankets on the beds were also worn out to the point we did not even leave them on our bed. The towels were also not really clean so I bought bleach and washed them myself to be sure they were actually clean enough for us to be comfortable using them. If we were going to be spending more time in the room than just sleep and showers we would have changed hotels but this was a full Disney trip at the parks all our time and only a short trip so we made do. We will not be recommending this hotel to family or friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The 2 bedroom suite layout was perfect for my 6 member family. I loved the fact that the unit included a washer and dryer. The kids loved the pools.
They give bare minimum for cooking, but managed to cover basic necessities. Just be prepared to bring everything else you need to do food prep. Garbage bags rip easily and wasn’t always able to get more when asking for them.
