Никому не советую этот отель! Сплошное РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕ! Забронировала заранее, основываясь на отзывах и фото с сайта. Хотели провести в нем новогоднюю ночь, потому что отель расположен рядом с озером в центре города. Забронировали три ночи. В итоге, с первого шага, как я вошла в отель, я поняла, что мы совершили огромную ошибку. Отель ГРЯЗНЫЙ! Так как был уже вечер, а мы очень устали с дороги, то взяли номер, в надежде, что в номере будет норм. Когда зашли в номер, я поняла, что не могу тут остаться ни минуты. На ресепшен не были удивлены нашим решением. Сказали, что возьмут деньги за одну ночи и вернут нам деньги за последующие две. В итоге никто ничего не вернул. Нам пришлось экстренно искать другой отель, переплачивать в три дорого из-за того, что это были новогодние праздники. Вообщем сказать, что мы были расстроены- это ничего не сказать((( Очень дорого нам вышло пребывание в Орландо благодаря этому отелю.
