1. we booked and prepaid our hotel booking for 5 nights, july 5 to july 11.
2. unfortunately when we arrived midnight after our long travel from las vegas with my family on this vacation trip, there was no room available according to our booking which was for a two bedroom suite, one queen and two double beds.
3. they accommodated us on a different room type. upon entering the room we found a foul smelling stench coming from the bathroom, the bathtub had a stagnant water with a small dead spider inside it.
4. we complained to front desk nishomi about the foul stench and if they can send a lysol to tame down the smell but they shouted at us and told us to go to the front desk, check out, and leave the hotel immediately.
5. to make things worst, that morning we complained to the duty manager lydia, and she also told us to check out and leave the hotel premises.
6. we have been long staying at holiday inn resorts and waterpark orlando since 2015 and has been a go to vacation place for us, sadly we wont be staying at this property anymore in the future.
