The front desk staff repeatedly changed the rules within a month. A month ago, they said that they would change rooms after staying for 28 days. I adjusted, and a month later said that if I stayed for 28 days, I had to leave the hotel for 7 days before I could stay again. And on the day without notice, cancel the reservation. The attitude is rude and unreasonable. The bald manager will not work around. A good hotel is messed up by this group of management. Won't come here again. The Venezuelan manager at the front desk of the cypress point next to it has a flexible mind and handles special matters. It is highly recommended!
