We were put up in a handicap room so our shower/sink were a separate room from our toilet/sink which was nice. Room was huge. We didn’t find a hair dryer in our room. Had to pay extra to park on site. Breakfast was excellent. Huge variety. Go early for breakfast because it gets very busy in the dining room.

Nice hotel. Staff are amazing. Suggestions: have a safe in the rooms so travellers can secure their passports..money etc. Second suggestion: other springhill suites have a hook on the wall at the entrance of the room...same wall the door hits when its open...which is great to hang coat/purse. Can you also install in your rooms? Loved the property. Loved the convenience..breakfast was good..the staff were absolutely amazing in every way. Probably the best trained staff in customer service that I have ever encounteted and they are just genuinely nice people on top of that. Thanks for makung our stay so great!!!

Check in clerk was great! We got locked out of our room a little after 6:00 am on Saturday and it was our check out day. We went down to the lobby for coffee and it wasn’t ready so went back up to the room and could not get in. We had room keys remade and that dint work. 3rd trip back down to the lobby to ask for help. There were 3 people working on the door. We went down for breakfast and I went to get apple juice at 6:58 and was curtly told it didn’t open until 7:00. At 7:00 I was able to get a drink and then breakfast. Went back to the room and sat in the hallway. At 7:30 I asked that they call a locksmith as I had a limited time frame. We were already late to our event. I neede to be there at 7:00. Finally at 7:30 the 3 employees working on the door got it open with a bent wire under the door. We then gathered our things and checked out. We were extremely late for our event that put a damper on our day. I was exhausted and disappointed. As a Marriott member I expected better. The employees were very nice and apologized but I believe it could have been handled more efficiently.

I got locked out of the building. I went to the gym early in the morning. In order to get there I had to exit the building into the pool area. When I was finished, I was unable to reenter the building with my key. The door was programmed not to open until 7:30 in the morning even though the gym is open 24/7. They did have a door bell which I pressed and pulled on the door for almost 10 minutes. The only way to get to the front was to jump a fence and go through some bushes. Finally after about 10 minutes someone saw me and let me in.

The property is very clean as well as the room are beautiful and clean. Quiet rooms, lovely desk staff, well lit parking lot and great area to stay. The only complaint is the terrible pillows they have, other than that, it was wonderful and we will be back.
