it was nice for the price. bed was clean but there was some red thing on the pillow. (i dont mind) toothpaste is provided upon request. room cleaning is not everyday but it was done 4 out of 5 nights. i would stay this hotel again if i come here. it was really cheap. breakfast was really nice

Clean very new and modern like a Marriott style. But I didn’t like they wanted us to pay a parking fee of $20-25! So bad and ridiculous hotel policy! Other hotels don’t charge for parking!!!!! And their breakfast was horrible! Only 3-4 kinds! And was gone and nobody’s replacing food!! Horrible experience we had.

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

It's pretty good. It's pretty good for being owned by Intercontinental.

Clean, comfy room. Help desk was always ready to serve. Cleaning crew was good but missed a couple of corners that had candy wrappers, but only on the first check-in night. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful, but get there early. If anything, the pool area could have used some tending; towels needed stocked, pressure washing to clean some grime build-up. Our third time there and still a good nights stay as usual.

I always stay here because it's affordable, clean and has a great breakfast and it's close to all parks

It would have been a five star but they do not clean your room or take out the trash at all until you leave. They will only do it if you ask for it 24 hrs in advance. That should be done without even asking, at least daily trash pick up, at the least.

Elevator is a bit scary. I feared getting stuck several times. Toliet was clogged though someone came right away, they had to return after next use. Breakfast was ok. Beds were amazing.

Nice walk in shower. Safe area. Lovely patio and outdoor games. Ducks in pool and poop around it was very undesirable.pool was not heated.

Very good hotel! Excellent staff and accommodation. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and so was the complimentary shuttle services to both Disney and Universal parks. Will come back here again!

Not once did the room get cleaned. Was gone after 9 AM until bout 7 PM for 3 days. Never got cleaned, I was shocked

It was great from beginning to end. The front desk person was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple, but good; a decent selection of all the basics--and the area was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There were a lot of people at the hotel, but the noise level was very low. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again when in Orlando.
