If you visit Universal Orlando, this is a nice hotel with good pool and gym. Big bed as well and nice hotel.
Provides shuttle to places around and also shops and supermarket within walking distance.

Thin walls in bedroom so you hear everything from next door and in the hallway. Bed was very moist / damp and not very comfy. It’s a very basic hotel think Quality Inn / Holiday Inn level

this hotel is in a great location with free shuttle back and forth the universal area. There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you love walking, this is really convenient location with supermart within 10 mins walking distance. *Impt: for international travelers *

Upgraded to a suite. The suite is really big and the pool view is beautiful.
Staff are very welcoming and willing to assist
They were also very helpful during the hurricane!
Overall, the hotel is clean and the environment is very good. It is highly recommended.
The price is also very affordable
There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there.
You can also enter the park 1 hour early which is great!

We were upgraded on site! The room was spacious and had a bathtub, so it was great to be able to relax after a day at the park. The shape of the pool was cute.
