The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

It was great to be able to get the Universal Unlimited Express. They give you 2-day Express, so you can use it on the day of check-in and the next day.

The room was OK, the breakfast was average, I wanted to eat some vegetables but there was none, so I left! It's about a 10-minute walk from Universal Studios, tiring! You can take a boat to the park.

The room was very dark and lacked adequate lighting. The flower sun is not strong enough and the bathing experience is very poor. There are few restaurant choices and the food is more expensive. But the staff service is good and polite. But in terms of accommodation experience, I think this is the worst hotel among the 7 hotels in my entire Orlando trip.

Excellent in every aspect, very satisfied with the stay!
The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can walk directly to the island of Advanture on the 1st floor. The hotel has a free water taxi that goes directly to the city walk, which is very convenient.
Get express unlimited! ! ! Great, the room card is your express pass! very cool
