The service was excellent. Our bathroom needed some tending to (see pic below), -the staff were quick and courteous to come and repair both the slow running toilet and the broken shower gel. The cleaning staff were very through cleaning the tub from the resulting mold. It cost us an hour of our time all said and done. Then we were enjoyed the pool and had a great meal and service service at the bar lounge in the atrium.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Orlando because it’s close to the airport. The hotel was fine although a bit dated as many of the hotels in orlando are. The most disturbing thing however is the $20.00 parking fee for our rental car. I did not know about this when I booked this place and seems many of the hotels here are charging a similar fee. This is certainly one of the main differences compared to my last visit to Orlando when parking at hotels was free. I paid a total of $ 144.00 just in parking fees for 8 days.. Only at Disney hotels did we not pay a parking fee. You should include this on your website.

The hotel is spacious and clean. It is a brand hotel with a good reputation. There are two 1.5-meter beds, which can sleep two people and are suitable for a family of three. The front desk is very welcoming and they also gave cookies made by the hotel 🍪, which is very considerate. The hotel provides 24 hours There is an airport shuttle. Because I have an early flight, I booked a shuttle bus at 4 a.m. with the front desk clerk. It takes 7 minutes to reach the airport Terminal B. It is very convenient for guests with early flights. There are several restaurants around the hotel. I found an internet celebrity restaurant and it’s about a ten-minute walk away.

Try not to book this hotel. If you must book a stay, make sure you check the room. Is there a door between the two rooms? The room next door has been talking until early in the morning. It's like talking in my room. It feels like taking a train all night. It's really bad.

The room is big enough and very quiet. The free airport shuttle bus runs every half hour and is open 24 hours a day. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport without traffic jams. It's best to stay in this hotel if you have an early flight.

A hotel near the airport. It's okay. The facilities are old and the room is very noisy.

Traveling to the airport is very smooth. There is also a 24-hour shop in the hotel, so I was able to buy it when I needed it in the morning and evening.
