The front desk receptionist was really nice checking us in! The outside could need some improvement! If I had to rate our room on a scale from 1 to 10. I would rate it a 6! They offer sack breakfast in the morning! So the overall State I will give it a 5.5

Please note that parking needs to be prepaid. The staff did not ask or remind me when I checked in. When I left the next day, I found that I was fined 54 dollars.

When I came here, the Shuttle Bus called the front desk many times and it was always busy. I had to change to Uber and take a taxi by myself (it landed at Terminal B when I arrived). I didn’t know that I was waiting for the bus at B40 at the hotel. Orlando Airport Terminal AB C waited for the Shuttle Bus at different locations. area

Room was very dated. Needed to be updated. Noisy heater/Air conditioner unit. Kept us up all night when it cycled. Carpeting was dirty.

Needed a quick stay after a cancelled flight and it checked off all of the boxes. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to rest and have breakfast if we wanted it.

First thing we experienced was no shuttle from the airport. They say they have a shuttle but when we called was first hard to get a hold of. We had to call 3 times to see when someone was coming to pick us up. Each time they said 20 min. After 1:15 minutes we ended up finding a cab to take us. Check in once we got there was good. Room we had smelled a bit funny. When asked the maid if there was any air freshener she said no. Pool was nice and was heated. Here in March and was a bit cooler day so great for the kids. Nice food area and bar area. Would I come back. Probably not. Lots of options in the area and this place was very expensive at over &400 for what you get.

Fix your hotel. Hooks on walls aren’t in place and there’s a general air of “a hedge fund bought our company and is trying to cheap out in basic cleanliness” and it’s depressing how far y’all have fallen.

Very convenient and modern property. Excellent and professional service from all staff. Restaurant on property has great food service. They provide complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Noticed your staff is always busy and dedicated. Liked staying both times before and after cruise. Glad decided to stay in your hotel. Thank you so much.

The toilet tank ran each time you flushed it & I had to take the lid off & jiggle the handle to make it stop. Plus, there was no TV remote in the room (changed the channels from the TV directly) & the picture in the screen wasn’t the clearest. But the airport shuttle was great & breakfast was also good.

Terrible experience other than a few good staff members. The room shower and toilet did not work at all and there was blood on our pillow cases.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, and very convenient. Plenty of walkable dining options. Early AM shuttle to the airport was a big plus.
