It looks like a big hotel, but the service is really not up to par. The room service came the next day, but I didn't get up, so they took an hour to come, and then they never showed up again. They recommended two things to me during my stay, the first one was when I checked in, and the second one was a phone call directly to the room one morning. Not a good experience.

Were in this resort for the second time. Unfortunately, painting and renovation work was underway during our stay. But otherwise everything was great.

I didn’t know what it would be like before I went there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I think this hotel has friendly service, delicious food, beautiful environment, and complete facilities. I recommend everyone to book this hotel when coming to Orlando.

I’ve been to Disney eight times and I’ve stayed at the Grove resort which was great and I came across this Marriott with no parking fee and no resort fee so I gave it a shot that was my deterrent from The Grove to pay almost $300 to park I must say the Marriott was great. They have so many activities from Pool bingo to movies in the pool to ****** night. It’s a great resort in Orlando very clean. I’ve read some reviews about outdated room I had was just renovated very great room went with me my seven-year-old my 16-year-old or 18 year old cousin and my wife, two bedroom villa was amazing with two balconies we barbecue. There was one of my favorite things did some fishing.

I’m currently staying here at the Marriott Grande Vista, and honestly it’s not a bad stay. I’m here for a work meeting (the hubby is here too), so only a few days and so far we’ve enjoyed our stay. The room accommodations are just fine, bed is comfortable (though not like at home) and the grounds and pool/spa areas are great! The food at The Grill restaurant is fantastic and we have a beautiful lake view near the golf course. My only gripe with this stay is that the guest services line is always long even with four people working and that someone with a huge truck scratched/ damaged our vehicle (although that’s no fault of the facility) but still a frustration. Overall it’s been great so far.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sunsets were beautiful. The pools were lovely and they even had hula dancing and fire dancers one night. Close to sea world and pretty close to universal. The cafe on the lake had the best coffee. We loved it.
