My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. Not sure that I would stay at this location again without asking where my room is located.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

Loved the view service at front desk were super nice and politely. I liked it so much I had to stay an extra night, even tho I knew my pockets said no but My heart said Yes. It was worth it. You have to experience it yourself and you will see......Thank you all for the wonderful service that made me feel for 2 nights like I was a Millionaire and that was just with good kindness heart. I recommend staying here very nice hotel! The concierge was very friendly but the line to check was very long it took at least 30 minutes to get to the desk. Besides the lines being long it was a great resort. The restaurants are so nice and has amazing food. The room was clean and came with a balcony!

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

We spent a few different days as a family, enjoying spring break. We hope to return soon, I would like more security in the pool area.

Absolutely amazing place. We had a balcony on the 8th floor overlooking the pool. We got to see the laser show each night and the fireworks from Disney. Overall a great experience. The pool and water park were an added bonus. The pool side service took it to a whole other level.

My family and I would like to acknowledge the amazing staff by name that we engaged with at this property. From the restaurant we have Drummond, Luz, Nicalus, Latifa and front desk agent Kailyn. Yes, the food was good, the hotel seemed cleaned and well maintened, decent size room and the on-site amenities where more than adequate. But none of this would meet muster without the human touch and this was on point! I only hope this feedback reaches Mr. Bray and his management team.... just in case, I may have to email him directly! Enjoy the property and meet the staff, they help make the experience wonderful. Very clean, upscale, amenities are wonderful, there is a hefty parking and resort fee. Not free Wi-Fi. 3 drinks at the pool $75.00. Fun stay, but pricey extras.

We came to Orlando for a quick getaway and this place was perfect. The kids loved the waterpark, and I was glad there were on site dining options so we didn’t have to head out if we didn’t feel Iike it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel/resort and would come again in the future.

Very big and nice! Room was very nice and quiet. With as many people that came for a convention you would think it would be loud a night while you’re trying to sleep but nope. Would stay here again

We had a fabulous time! An early check-in a great room on the 2nd floor with views of the waterslides. I highly recommend the 2nd floor if you have a young family. Very easy to go to and from both pool areas. I searched high and low on where to stay. We only one night in Orlando but I wanted to make it a fun one for my boys because we were not doing any of the amusement parks. This place did not disappoint. We also felt like it was very reasonably priced. We had two great meals at the outdoor restaurant by the pool. Great staff and service. We decided to for go waiting for the restaurants for dinner and ate sushi from the sushi bar in the lobby and it was very good. Overall we were very impressed and loved our 26 hours there. Pro-tip, get breakfast from the Starbucks in the lobby.
