Hampton Inn by Hilton Orlando Southeast Nona

This hotel was amazing. Nice big open spaces. It was clean. Smelled good!! The ONLY thing I would change is that I got shocked when I rolled the luggage cart and pressed the elevator button. Hahaha. That think has some static going on!! Other than that, perfection!

This hotel is only 6 mos old, the whole stay there was excellent from the clean and tidy rooms, the clean beds and wonderful breakfast. The staff was exceptional. When Im in the area, I will surely do it again

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for 4 nights as we were visiting my son who lives at Lake Nona. The hotel was the perfect choice. The staff were all so polite and friendly from front desk to the cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast facilities were good and the hotel generally was very clean. I would have no hesitation in booking here again.

M first time staying at this facility and I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel expericence. Thanks for a great stay! See you next February.

We did not get room service for two days. No towels. Trash bins overflowing. Made front desk aware. Very ignorant and nonapologetic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. The entire place is immaculate. The breakfast bar was excellent, with a full selection.

The property is lovely and easily assessable. For what appears to be a brand new building, our toilet ran all night. Had to close the door to drown out the noise. These “free breakfasts” need work on most hotels; older and new. They keep making the same mistakes; toasters that take forever. You have to decide between eating your food hot or your coffee or tea cold while you wait for your toast.

When I arrived at 12:30 PM, the receptionist on duty was too inattentive, she was talking on the phone before answering us, and then because she checked on us before 3 PM, she tried to charge an extra 25 dollars. We decided to return at 3 PM
