Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.

Do not book here. I do not want you to make the same mistake I did. The moment I walked in, I was calling customer service to change my reservation. There was no refund, no other availability and no other choice than to stay here or drive 4 hours back home. I chose to stay and make the best of it. I was on the phone and waiting for the front desk/manager to come check us in for over 30 minutes. Her and another employee were cleaning or repairing something on another floor. This is a list of what went wrong. In the room: 1 burner did not work The 2nd barely warmed up Bath tub did not train immediately, a pool of water would sit there for a good 10 minutes. The sink in the bathroom leaked The carpet is old and dirty One morning we were told the water was going to be shut off. We were not told how long it was going to be shut off but to collect water in case we needed it. The water was shut off around 1 o’clock and didn’t come back around until four. Obviously this was an inconvenience for us and for the hotel staff. If you need your bedsheets changed you need to remove them from the bed take them downstairs and have them washed. When we did this the water was shut down and nothing was washed. After multiple visits to the front desk we were given 2 sheets because the fitted sheets were not ready. Same goes for the towels. We got 1 clean towel at a time. The breakfast area smells like a dirty run down diner. The lobby, the hallway, the elevator all of them smell old moldy and grimy. This building needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. The staff say the are shorthanded. They were also overwhelmed by the amount of guest they received. The pictures do look like the rooms they just don’t convey exactly what the conditions are in each one. 1. I did not take pictures of the issues. 2. I barely took pictures of us in the room.

This hotel has the friendliest front desk staff, and I have really enjoyed staying here. They make you feel like family. And it is in such a good location for restaurants, even within walking distance, as well as with the theme parks, of course. The place is clean and cool, and I have enjoyed the new, large LG TV. The picture is incredible, and I can set it to wake me up, in the mornings. Then, I prepare my morning coffee-vitamin drink in the kitchen of the room, along with a bite to eat from the full-sized refrigerator. Don't laugh, but if you're a bit of a germaphobe, like me, you will love the fact, that all of the toilets are new! And as for housekeeping, they are nice, too, and they make sure the towels and bed linens are crispy clean. I am only sorry, that I did not find this place and come here, sooner!

Gayle was most helpful on our arrival at night! We had forgotten to schedule our first day. Gayle made our reservations in transit, called us by name when we arrived, had our key ready and even helped with the door...ALL with a super friendly demeanor. Thank You Gayle!! We decided to leave a day early due to rain. Once again, the Hilton staff came through with flying colors! Missy was able to cancel our last night with no penalties. Thank You Missy! The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando is located less than a mile from Universal Studios, and is the ONLY place my wife, son and I will be staying when we come to Universal Studios! What a WONDERFUL VACATION complete with pool, hot tub and tiki bar! You can stay anywhere based on a brand name like Hilton; the fact remains, it is the STAFF who TRULY make the difference between a pleasant stay and a frustrating one. Management at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando CLEARLY know what they are doing!! Thank You!!

I evacuated for the hurricane from Tampa to Orlando. I want to acknowledge the assistant manager Alexis who was like an angel to me. On Wednesday morning I had trouble with my room I went downstairs and told her and the first thing she said was you don’t need that in the face of what’s going on so let me help you. She took care of the situation but the point that I’m making is or in the middle of a hurricane evaluation people are coming and going and she took the time to make sure I was OK. On top of that she personally helped me move my stuff from one room to another And brought me two cans of tuna fish to my room later that day. Additionally I had conversations with a general manager Jenna and Alexis. I was so confident by their approach to us who were evacuating and who are staying a couple of days with them in this place because you know they cared about us like family and they took their responsibility very seriously and they had all kinds of back up stuff like flashlights water and when the power went off we had air circulating in the rooms we could use the toilets there couldn’t of been a better place for me to be during A hurricane so I can just imagine how wonderful it is there without all of that pressure give them five stars and more if I could oh plus the place is beautiful and clean

I was recently at this hotel for a work conference, and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beyond spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with the right amenities. There was a great selection of food at breakfast, and Emilly in particular was an absolute gem. She consistently went above and beyond not only to anticipate and serve guest needs, but to radiate warmth, hospitality, and genuine care. I highly recommend this hotel.
