Worst hotel I think we have ever stayed at. No A/C in the rooms, only fans. The street noise was absolutely terrible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete, pillows could be better. Look someplace else if you want a good night sleep. Hopefully my morning coffee will be better.

Un viaje de 34 Personas en autobús, reservamos con tiempo y nos exigieron el pago del 10 % por propina de toda la cuenta (hospedaje y alimentos) en forma anticipada, lo que me pareció muy mal. No por el concepto sino por la actitud. Ademas los jóvenes meseros, maleteros, camaristas, etc se mostraban extrañados porque les decíamos que su propina ya habia sido depositada. Las habitaciones NO cuentan con aire acondicionado y requieren mantenimiento (llaves de agua, piso, colchones, etc). las habitaciones que tienen sus ventanas hacia la calle el ruido es intenso por el tráfico. Los alimentos aceptables, pero definitivamente, en tanto no mejoren NO son recomendables

La habitación es limpia, amplia con una buena vista hacia la ciudad donde se apreciaban las montañas y el Pico de Orizaba. El servicio fue amable. La comida del restaurante bastante buena. No tengo ninguna queja del lugar. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

La estadía en el hotel no fue buena. Desde la llegada la habitación no estaba lista, tuve que esperar hasta después de las 5 pm para poder entrar. Me tocó una habitación del segundo piso con vista a la calle real y pese a la vista se escucha mucho ruido por la ventana. Toda la Noche pasan camiones y motos. A las 2 am llegaron huéspedes gritando y nadie les dijo nada y estuvieron así casi 30 minutos. Finalmente el desayuno incluido al reservar por internet es muy básico a diferencia de otros hoteles que es buffer. En definitiva no regresaré a ese hotel.

Cómodo, limpio, personas amables, todo bien! El hospedaje y los alimentos son excelentes y la gente es excepcionalmente hospitalaria. Además por la ubicación del hotel encuentras a la mano muchos servicios de forma accesible.
