Night was tough, you can hear people outside. The was no pillow or blanket, I was waking up all the time. Only difference compare to airport was that it was pretty dark. I had a huge problem with getting in. Phone number was to get in was phone number for support of this app. Idk why. It was really problematic for me when I wanted to check in cause my phone number wasn’t working. Better change that. Capsule is okay, but if u d just add one freaking blanket for the price we pay, experience would be 10x better.

Had a little bit of issue getting inside as the screen was faulty so I had to get in touch by the hotel phone number, the guy was very helpful.
I brought my own pillow and bed sheet as known they don't provide them

This was worst.
Not worth for the price.
I don’t recommend it.
The pods were only accessible one time, and all the checkin process were pathetic.
This was a worst experience I ever had.

The soundproofing is average. You can hear the broadcasting from the check-in area outside all night. There is no toilet in the sleeping area, so you need to go to the airport toilet outside to wash up.

The telephone number with which the reservation was created did not correspond to ours. However, customer service solved it within 10 minutes.
The facilities are simple, there is little you could ask for…cleanliness 7/10, mattress comfort 3/10.

You can definitely get a good night's sleep in the airport. However, the toilet is far away and there is no shower room. No reception either. Inconvenient to check in. no key either. In and out I have to keep entering the code.

A cabin at the airport to sleep during a long wait for a flight. Overpriced! If you book in advance, there are difficulties with access! You should definitely call or write to the support service of this service. Inside, the booth controls were faulty, the lights did not turn off, and the ventilation was noisy. I had to write to support again to have it turned off remotely. Also, the cabins are quite far from the toilets!
