Get what ya pay for. Was a budget option, it’s in a sketchier area of orillia but within walking distance to some nice restaurants. It’s dated, old and in need of some upgrades but it’s fine for the solo traveler

Staff were very professional, provided a bottle of water, piece of plywood for my motorcycle kickstand and some windex and microfibre towel to clean the bugs off my motorcycle - all without me even asking. Very polite and responsive. This property is very well maintained and attention to detail is evident. It was quiet. Lots of parking. Very spacious room that was very clean and well presented. Would recommend this property.

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cool. We had to keep the door open so the the temperature stayed reasonable.
