Reception la Rotonda Aparthotel

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Apartments are old grubby and extremely noisy. The day we arrived Lawrence the receptionist was more interested in being on his phone to bet on horses then to speak to us. Asked to be moved to another apartment said he would get back to us. 4 days later went to him again was rude and aggressive. Said if I didn't drink had no business being there. Had no other rooms available but could move us to different room if we gave him an extra 100 euro. Then denied saying it. Got talking to people that stayed in an apartment overhead us Said their sheets were never changed in the 10 days they were there. We left after 4 days and the apartment we went to in marinasol was so clean .We all need to save our money for a holiday and it's very unfair to advertise these apartments as habitable when they are clearly not. We weren't looking for luxury just a clean habitable place. The people that are giving these apartments good reviews if they are genuine reviews are doing a disservice to other travellers.

I arrived at the apartment and immediately was being hassled by Lawrence the receptionist for more money. I misplaced a set of keys on the first night and needed a replacement, Lawrence charged me 30€ for the new set which was fair enough. He went into the apartment four times while I wasn’t there “to check on the place” and spent the entirety of my holiday sending me voice notes about not leaving the aircon on. I then found the keys and he’s now trying to steal money from me, he’s been aggressive the whole time and ruined my stay. The apartments are run down and the place is falling apart. Awful stay, awful place, awful host.

Third time we have stayed here excellent place and location 2 mins from as many bars and restaurants as you will ever need, and 15 mins walk from the beach perfect
