The hotel is placed in the city center, the hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, but the beds mattress should be changed. The breakfast is fine.

We are on a motorbike touring holiday and this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One of our riders fell off and Chus from the reception team personally drove us to the hospital to drop off some clothes for the injured rider as the taxis were too booked up. It’s that kind of service and human kindness that makes these trips so special, especially in times of need! Very grateful to Chus for helping us. ❤️❤️❤️ Food was delicious too, if you’re a meat eater, the entrecôte steak was incredible.

Very bad cleaning, toilet paper under the bed, hair clip on the carpet, hair in the bathroom. poorly soundproofed Very friendly staff and a well-located hotel. Very fair breakfast, although it is true that it is cheap. A shame of experience that I will not repeat

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel y siempre volvemos por lo bien situado que está y por ser un hotel muy correcto y a buen precio. Estuvimos en media pensión. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están reformadas y limpias, sólo pondría la pega de la iluminación ya que las luces de las mesillas son mortecinas y no costaría nada poner bombillas de más potencia para poder ver porque la verdad es que no daban nada de luz. También se podrían poner luces en el espejo del baño porque la iluminación allí también es muy escasa. La comida del comedor muy buena y bien presentada y la gente de recepción muy amable.

Pasando el día por Cangas decidimos tomar algo en la terraza de este establecimiento. Lo primero no dan servicio en terraza. Lo segundo deja mucho que desear la tapa de infusionar. Y por último tener que estar consumiendo con la mesa llena de vasija de anteriores clientes. Deja mucho que desear ........

Me gustó todo! Lo que más la cama, muy cómoda y grande! Varias almohadas! Todo muy limpio, serviciales, terraza estupenda, cocina super completa (hasta freidora de aire!).Si volvemos a Orense sin duda repetiremos. Pena la lluvia para poder disfrutar más de la terraza. Muchas gracias
