This was my first visit. The location was excellent, about a 3-minute walk from the beach. There was a tricycle stop nearby so getting around wasn't too much of a problem. Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

The outdoor pool, surroundings, garden, and amenities are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the themed architecture, landscape, and even the common bathrooms within the castle. The availability of free amenities like the billiards, table tennis, and a gym added to the overall experience. The Wifi is also okay. However, if you have a car, be aware that parking is quite limited and occasionally locked due to its location in front of a house with a narrow gate. Clear instructions about parking are necessary, as maneuvering on the small road can be challenging. It took them a while to provide clear instructions for the parking. There's room for improvement in cleanliness, especially with bedsheets that had a lingering smell, possibly indicating insufficient drying. Additionally, the water kettle and cups seemed like they hadn't been washed thoroughly. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay there and with more improvements and the staff being more responsive before and during the stay would even make this place even better.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!
