Stayed for 3 nights and can’t be more happy with my stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Gym is open 24/7 and had an array of options when it came to the breakfast. Very clean rooms and would definitely stay again
There are many kinds of breakfast, and it is delicious. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is convenient to various attractions. Just walk to the subway one stop ahead. There are many restaurants to choose from along the way. There is a shopping mall next to and opposite the hotel, and there are also supermarkets for convenient shopping.
I visited the scenic spots in the morning and returned to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel staff provided coffee and cookies in the lobby, which was quite considerate.
Very clean, the room is tidy, the bath water is flush, the breakfast is delicious, the transportation is convenient, 10 minutes walk from the city center
Our toilet stunk like urine so we were able to change to a different room instantly. The receptionist handled our issue promptly and was very nice. Then, the next day I ate some moldy chia pudding and only noticed it after a while wondering about the strange taste. Normally, their buffet should be fine. I guess this was only due to a small number of guests cuz of Covid 19. The rest of the breakfast was fine though. The hotel itself is nice, too.
It’s great to live near the city center. The hotel is very close to lines 13 and 14, a 3-5 minute walk. There is also a very, very beautiful fountain square at the entrance of Line 13, so be sure to sit quietly in the park and enjoy it in the morning. The bed in the two rooms is not very big, but the bathroom is large and clean. Breakfast pancakes with strawberry jam are delicious. Very good, highly recommended ~
Water, milk, coffee, etc. were always available next to the front desk, and it was all free, which was great!
It's a pity that it's a little far from the city!

Excellent
JJim ChngThis hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, clean rooms, and modern amenities. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.
GGuest UserGood location right next to the Stockholm Central Station but directions to get there was rather confusing. We ended up in Radisson Blu Viking Hotel first so took us longer to get there despite the proximity.
VVikasgood location, easy to go to old town or Soldermalm or Stockholm downtown from this place, excellent service, staff was very polite and helpful. overall nice experience, will definitely recommend this place. Also value for money.
WWatcherChose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs.
MMichael HEThe hotel has a good location, backed by the park and the Royal Library, and if you like to walk, it is not far from the old town. Forgot to bring the socket converter to borrow at the front desk. Check-out is delayed until 1 pm and luggage can be sent temporarily. Breakfast should be good for friends who are used to western food. Unexpectedly, there is a Chinese bank downstairs.
DDarren611A basic hotel in a really good location. Literally 3 minute walk to the Arlanda Express. Also walking distance to the historic center. There was a little bit of noise on the street during the night but not too bad. The only downside was the size of the room. It was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. I could barely move and it’s quite easy to kick the wall during the night while sleeping. It’s nice for a one or two day stay in Stockholm but any longer than this and it’s not a good living space.
SS1nc¥Before you book, pls be aware all the rooms in this hotel without window except suite room which only 2 units available. Good location, easy access to the Slussen Metro esp with big luggage.Since it is newly built building, the condition is very new. But the drainage in the shower room was bad designed, flooding when showering. Even after complaints to the host counter, they also cnt improve the situation. So the toilet floor always wet. There only 4 levels which I stay at basement. Bring your only toiletries as only basic soap provided. Self check in & check out. This is a new concept basic or budget hotel which they hv common area. I saw many guests use this place as co-working space too. No restaurant in this hotel so no breakfast provided. Only have vending machine and laundry room.
DDeWetI recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay.
On the positive side, the hotel's location was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I struggled to carry my two suitcases up the stairs after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help me with my luggage. When I asked for help, the front desk staff simply suggested that I push the door. As you can imagine, this was not very helpful and I found it disappointing.
While the lack of assistance with my luggage was a downside, I did appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. However, I do hope that in the future, the hotel can provide more support for guests who may need assistance with their luggage.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
TTomThe single room that I got is OK for a budget traveler. It's very small, has it's own bathroom, a small TV. Everything you need, basically, but also very basic. It's also a bit worn, but that can be acceptable if the price is low. Breakfast is also basic, but OK. They serve hard boiled eggs.
The problem is that Trip.com charged me 596 dollars for 2 nights at this hostel. That is not a price that fits this kind of accommodation! The price at Hotels.com for the same room with check in one day later was half this price. I don't know whether Trip.com or Mosebacke is to blame for this price, but someone took a huge advantage of the shortage of hotel rooms in Stockholm at this time.
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport; #negative #I was disappointed with the Natural Light in the Room; It costs 100 crowns for bed sheets at the store. For an additional 100 kronor, you can find a better hostel. basement. The front desk opens at 10 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. I stayed for two days, and it was after 6pm on the second day. I'm going out. When I came back, the room card was invalid. Because the front desk is closed. The uncle on duty couldn't do anything. He called the front desk and opened the door. The advantage of this youth hostel is in the old city. Can cook. There are no other options.
