Это даже не одна звезда, а минус 10 звёзд. Это позор. Позорище!!!! Как не стыдно так обслуживать. У нас был свадебный банкет.Зал не был украшен. Половина освещения отсутствовала. Фуршет не был подготовлен. Официанты в грязных черных майках. Скатерти на столах порваны!!!! Когда стало принято сыр и мясную нарезку подавать на одном блюде?!!! Рыба в горячих закусках ТУХЛАЯ! И это на свадебном банкете!. Салаты не были заправлены. Про вес заказанных и поданных блюд можно даже не говорить - сплошной обман Мне кажется, управляющей этого заведения, должно быть стыдно за такое безобразное мероприятие, за испорченный праздник и настроение, и выброшенные деньги. В гостинице ,в номере не было горячей воды, молодожёнов пригласили спуститься в халатах на первый этаж - помыться . У моих друзей уже были неприятные эксцеденты с этим рестораном. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! ЕСЛИ НЕ ХОТИТЕ ИСПОРТИТЬ СЕБЕ ПРАЗДНИК! На фото салат оливье. Вот такая интересная подача. Сверху полкило салата айсберг, а ниже незаправленая каша

Были на выходные, в целом все понравилось, НО на сайте прекрасно расписано меню ресторана, куча блюд, рассчитывали на ужин в честь нашей годовщины. По итогу нам на месте говорят, что ресторан начнёт работать лишь с 1 сентября, а пока можно поужинать в ресторане, где подают завтраки. Там оказалось очень скудное меню - по 3 блюда на категорию. Выбрали по салату, горячему (манты и плов, плов был так себе, манты явно разогретые), вечер был подпорчен, но в целом сойдёт, голодные не остались. Суть в том, что вечером мы пошли прогуляться по территории и обнаружили, что (О ЧУДО) ресторан, куда мы собирались, прекрасно работает, но в нем отмечают свадьбу. Вопрос - зачем персонал врет, что ресторан вообще не работает? Мы не поняли…. И в воскресенье утром перед выездом я решила напоследок окунуть своё тело в бассейн, пришла - персонала нет, полотенец чистых нет. Ждала минут 10, прошлась по всему спа комплексу - как и не было никого)) тоже странная история, учитывая, что бассейн работает с 9:00, а было уже 11:30. В общем и целом отдых прошёл хорошо, территория отеля супер, как и номера, но момент с рестораном подпортил впечатление.
