Bra läge och bra frukost. Blev lite snopen när det inte fanns någon personal på Hjalmar utan man ska gå över till Hotell Örebro. Det negativa med rummet var att ac var avstängd. Fruktansvärt varmt på rummet. Saknade krokar i badrummet till handukarna.

Godkänt hotell för kort vistelse. +comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Ok for 1 night. Tiny bathroom. Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Gym? Frukost? Det stod i beskrivningen att hotellet hade gym och att det ingick frukost. Jag valde hotell utifrån att jag ville ha gym. Nu fanns inte det och receptionisten tyckte att det inte var någon ’stor sak’ Han tyckte att jag skulle gå till Actic och be om ett gratispass. Att frukosten serverades på hotellet på andra sidan gatan, var egentligen inget problem. Men inget av detta fanns att läsa i beskrivningen av hotellet (inget gym, ingen frukost), så det blir inget återbesök för min del.

Family time in Orebro Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

Synd att gardinerna inte täckte fönstren och inte var mörkläggande. Väldigt ljust när man skulle sova. Högt ljud från ventilationen i badrummet.
