The pool was closed. Which is a shame really for a resort hotel.

Yalçın Hotel gets guests more than its capacity. Dinner was not organized at all. Finished foods are not renewed and empty food trays stayed as it is although guests were trying to find something to eat. No one was checking, guiding. Our rooms were dirty, stinky, molded, shower water could not get drained . Fatsa yalçın otelde kalışımızda aynı anda pek çok turla beraber oteldeydik. Yemek ortamı kaotikti. Biten yemekler yenilenmedi. Yemeklerin yenilenmesini istediğimiz halde bizim yemek almak için beklediğimiz sürede yenilenmedi. Bekleyerek doyduk. Yemek sonrası odalara çıktık. Odalar küf ve idrar kokuyordu. Klima kumandası yoktu. Klima kumandasını resepsiyona giderek tedarik ettim. Çocuğum çok yorgun olup uyuduğu için , oteli terk edemedim. Sabah müdür odasının kapısını çalıp, içerdeki müdür olduğunu onaylayan beye olumsuzluklqrı anlattım. Hiç oralı olmadı , karşımda esneyerek evet otelimizde yeni ve eski bölüm var dedi. Bir avuç çalışan da tüm şikayetleri dinlemekten gına gelmiş, umursamıyor. Sonradan diğer turlardaki kişilerle konuştuğumda farklı oda tipleri olduğunu anlayabildim. Biz jolly tur baştanbaşa karadeniz ile bu oteldeydik.

I am staying in that hotel every year when travelling to Caucasus. It offers value for money for commuters like me. There is selection of high and medium quality rooms available and swimming pool to relax after long journey. Very good entry to black sea for those travelling from Stambuł.

Gerçekten temizdi, fakat 5 yıldızlı bir otel gibi de değildi. Çalışanlar çok nazik olmakla birlikte odada sabun şampuan dışında bişey yoktu. Diş fırçası macunu bile. Normalde taa dikiş setine, ayakkabı fırçasına kadar veriyorlar 5 yıldızlı otellerde.

Baştan başa rezil bir otel. Otelin harabe bölümü varmış bize orayı ayarlamışlar bizde orda konakladık. Yemek konusuna girmiyorum çay bile bulamadık o derece. Aynı anda 5 6 tur kabul etmişler. Adım atamıyorsun. Tebrikler ilk kazığı yedik tur boyunca.

Bu otele 5 yıldız veren insanın gözünün kör olması lazım. 2 yıldız bile çok. Berbat odalar, hamam saunası varmış. Hayatımda 5 yıldızlı otelde böyle hamam sauna görmedim. Odalar kötü. Banyoyu söylemiyorum bile. Yemekler de otelden farklı değil.

Otelin bahçesi inanılmaz güzeldi. Bunun dışında bizim otel odasının giriş kapısı bozuktu ve bildirdik tamir etmek için geldiler yine de bunun yaşanmaması gerekiyordu. Klima kumandası da çalışmadı ama neyseki çok soğuk değildi. Açık büfe için uzun kuyruk beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz çünkü aynı anda otelde 3-4 tane tur bulunuyor. Personel yine de saygılı ve çözüm odaklı.
