You can't find better location than this !!! Walking distance to the teleferik station, downtown and the seaside.
Very clean .
Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.
Just an advice avoid the 4th floor as it is little bit noisy because the restaurant is directly on top of it .Also take a deluxe room with sea view even if you pay more ,the standard room is very small.
I will book here again when I am in ordu.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, The first night as soon as we walked through to our room it smelt very horrible as to which we have realised it was coming from the bathroom like a sewage smell. We didn’t say anything as we were really tired, middle of the night it smelt worse and my pregnant wife wasn’t comfortable which we have then emailed the agent for a refund. They were unable to compensate us but they were happy to give us an upgrade to another room.
The second room smelt like cigarettes attached to everything such as curtains, service was good and location was great just not the rooms.

Good hotel in the city center. We had a pleasant stay and liked the view while having breakfast. The parking lots are limited but the friendly staff helps to manage all cars safely and orderly. Rooms are absolutely okay for the price. The cinema theme creates a cosy atmosphere.

바로 시내이며 앞은 바다 그리고 20분안에 걸어다니면 동네사람처럼 다 외웁니다 공항에서는 25분 거리이며

The room was clean and cozy. There was a small sea view. Staff was helpful, my cars tyre has burst and they helped to pump air with a compressor from hotel. The most amazing part was the view of the restaurant. Breakfast was decent but with that view, it was amazing. There was no filter coffee in breakfast, just nescafe.

We were very pleased with the hotel we stayed in as a family for holiday. It is a clean, tidy hotel and the staff is very friendly and sleepy, we were most pleased with the team. You can park your car in front of the hotel, there is a valet and they do not charge a fee, but of course we gave a modest tip because they were very kind. Breakfast consists of fresh, delicious products. 25 minutes to Vona (Thursday), dinner was also on the terrace with a sea view at the hotel, but we went to Vonalı Celal. In short, we definitely recommend the cinema hotel
