服務和工作人員非常的熱情，住的房子也超級舒服，房間很智能，而且碰見了很多的老鄉，領着娃來旅遊住在這裏很合適，還有免費的遊樂園和早餐。

下次來肯定還要來御海酒店住，房間大，採光好，周圍環境安靜，早餐也跟豐富，反正吃的我挺開心的，離周邊的人文景觀也不遠。
然後酒店的工作人員都很好，很友善貼心，外面下雨出門時會主動問需不需要雨傘，會給與客人最大的幫助，大家來康巴什的話很推薦來入住御海酒店哦。

早餐很普通，牛奶和水一樣清淡無味，沒有麪包，沒有咖啡，讓南方人不太喜歡。兩天房間都沒有打掃，即使按了立即清理，也只是換了垃圾袋，從早到晚回來房間凌亂，被子沒有整理，很不滿意。下次如有機會來鄂爾多斯，應該不會選擇了。個人真實感受。
