The room we checked into was different from the one we booked. There was a bed made of three mattresses put together. It was like sitting on a trampoline, but I didn't even dare to turn over. How could I sleep? The room was not cleaned properly! The shower head is leaking! ! The towels are all brushed but still in use! The experience is very bad! The attitude of the front desk waiter (female waiter) was extremely bad. I called the front desk with an internal phone and she hung up before I could finish my conversation. I placed the takeaway I ordered at the front desk and called the front desk to deliver it. I made two calls and they said they would deliver it right away. However, they still hadn't delivered it after half an hour. When I went downstairs, the takeaway was still at the front desk and they didn't deliver it and I didn't inform them. When I asked the waiter, their attitude was extremely bad!
