we bought rooms on club floor expecting to use Executive Lounge, but it was closed for personal use by the owner of the hotel. Then they should not sell club floor room. The rooms we stay also smell bad cigarettes and air condition is too warm and cannot adjust. Very bad stay. Good only the hotel restaurant, Blue Diamond Cafe, good food and good service.

The hotel was really nice, the lobby manager was especially polite and very welcoming, if I'm coming back to Ordos, will definitely book this hotel again.

出差來到鄂爾多斯這個酒店，服務員特別貼心，打車來到這裏主動幫忙開車門，進入大堂有帥小夥幫忙拿行李送到房間，前台小姐姐讓我印象深刻，她的名字我清楚記得是張子怡，介紹現磨咖啡還是免費的，還介紹可以免費派送夜宵，酒店的早餐搭配油條豆漿水果，比較傳統。出去玩的時候感覺人好熱情。

酒店外圍位置方便，交通挺便利，酒店是五星級別的，入住也沒有失望，無論服務上的熱情專業，或者是酒店環境富麗堂皇！值得一提的是酒店的防控疫情工作做的的確是好，這可能也是很多人選擇這家酒店的原因吧！總之很好，下次還會去。

酒店在當地應該是最好的，我還沒説酒店名字，出租車司機就知道是這家。酒店的前台小妹服務值得點贊，自助晚餐衹需要109元，出品很好，品種豐富，這個價超值了。晚上吃完飯可以在旁邊的公園跑步。【快速入住退房】真是便利，省心省時間，值得推薦的酒店。

個人認為可以打90分
前台給小童贈了一份早餐，但沒有和餐廳溝通交接好，還是收了半價25元，退房時我説明後，答應從房費中返還，但是並沒有返還這25元
酒店整體安靜整潔
早餐9點半閉餐有點早，我去保養汽車，回來九點50，進入吃了點剩的，服務員們忙着打掃，沒有一句問候，這點讓人感覺很冰冷
酒店雖然光鮮艷麗，但服務難言滿意
媳婦説早餐還不錯
最後總體還是推薦入住
