12 room boutique in small town just outside Santa Maria. Outstanding service, quiet location, two hour happy hour with free drinks, nice continental breakfast and great location to wineries and restaurants.

I seriously doubt that the good reviews are fake. Next to the old town is a motel that looks like it was built with stacked containers. I have no idea how it got five stars. There are about 12 rooms on two floors. You can imagine that it is just two floors of several containers stacked up and an elevator installed. We live in room 9, and the laundry room is opposite. Some people were washing clothes early in the morning. This was an isolated case and we were unlucky. But it was chilly when I went out because the second floor was open-air.
Not worth the price at all. This location, facilities and service (there is no service) are at the level of a guesthouse in the country.
Yes, there is a snack basket provided, and wine tasting is available on the first floor (one glass per person), but it still can’t buy me off.
Breakfast consisted of packaged bread and cakes from retail stores, and almost everyone had a portion of large strawberries soaked in leavening agents. Also, I wrote a note asking ×× (probably the waiter at the front desk) for milk, and asked the male waiter at the front desk, but there was none! I don’t plan to give it!

I came to this town on a business trip and booked this hotel.
The environment is very good, clean and hygienic, the surrounding is very quiet, the air is fresh, very suitable for vacation⛱️
The service is also good, but bottled water is only provided on the first night. If you want to drink later, you have to go to the 2nd floor to buy it.
