The official website of the hotel shows some photos of the rooms, but when you arrive at the hotel and you are allocated room, it seems that it has nothing to do with the photos. This is because the 1st floor rooms are older, and therefore have a older furniture. In our case, it has not the furniture baggage support to open as it appears on the web, older bed head, older box than on the web photos, other apps, the printing works not well, ... Totally, that surprise comes when you see the room and this is not what you had booked. And they didn't notify us when booking that there were such rooms other than those published, because if they knew, we would not have booked this hotel. We called the same afternoon in the reception and a very friendly girl who cared very properly changed us from the second day.
