the most friendly and helpful family run Hotel i have ever stayed in. Very very close to the slopes and all the local amenities (ski hire, lifts, swimming pool, bowling alley) 2 minutes walk maximum. The resort was perfect for us. lots of family fun and long Blue/Green runs for family skiing (not expert) Mum, dad and an 11 year old daughter . For us perhaps the best skiing holiday in 25 years. English people are few and far between but perhaps that adds to the charm. 5 stars all the way. we hope to return next year

Bravo à cette famille qui nous a très bien reçu dans leur hotel restaurant. Notre séjour à été tres agreable, les repas étaient délicieux (tout est fait maison par Stephane, le fils de la famille). Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Orcieres Merlette

L'hôtel Les Gardettes, un incontournable, un charme, une chaleur,un véritable plaisir pour les papilles gustatives...un lieu magique où la nature opère d'elle même. Pour celui qui aime Orcieres, l'hôtel Les Gardettes est très bien situé et offre un excellent service...

Si vois cherchez de l'authenticité et de bons repas vous êtes au bon endroit ! La fondue a la truffe blanche un régale, les desserts de même avec des spécialités régionales. Le charme du lieu vous transporte à la montagne et ça tombe bien car on y est. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous recommandons pour passer une soirée authentique !

Petit séjour à la neige en famille dans cet hôtel familial au pied des pistes. Gentillesse des propriétaires et du personnel. Ne recherchez pas la modernité mais l’authenticité en toute simplicité. Chambre propre. Cuisine délicieuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Retour dans les années 70! Chambre minuscule sans souci de déco ! avec en plus 2 lits en hauteur ( que nous n avons pas utilisés mais payé)espace comme dans un camping car! Non conforme .certainement car porte fenêtre bloquée!!.un coin toilette minuscule indigne (Wc chimique au bruit dérangeant!)et prix très élevé pour 2 . Un seul point positif parking assuré! Et accueil correct .

Ayant fait ma réservation 15 jours avant sur un site spécialisé, et après avoir reçu une confirmation par mail, quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de voir que notre réservation avait été annulée ! Renseignement pris auprès de l'hôtel, celui-ci m'a expliqué d'entrée qu'il était mécontent de voir les clients réserver sur un site comparatif, et j'ai vite compris que c'était lui qui avait annulé notre venue ! Nous n'avons même pas été prévenus !!! C'est proprement scandaleux. Si je n'avais pas vérifié, nous aurions fait 3h30 de route pour rien... Ces gens ne méritent que notre mépris.
