Well located, bedroom + bathroom (shower) perfect! TV with canal+, only small downside: wifi a little slow..
But, pretty nice hotel so I highly recommend 👍🏼😉

The staff were so, so kind and helpful with our little baby. They managed to find a bottle heater and took care of sterilizing the bottles. Good breakfast with everything you need and then some. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is huuuge. Spacious and enclosed parking lot, monitored 24/7. The hotel is a 6 minutes drive away from an exceptional archeological park (for kids and adults alike) and a planetarium.

Nice reception. Neat and clean room. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Nice breakfast. The bar is also nice and reasonably priced. The only downside is the pillow, which could really use more attention. Fresh orange juice and croissants are a plus.

It's always a pleasure to come to this establishment! At reception Aline and Malika are always available and friendly. The decor of the rooms is modern, very good bedding, clean, parking spaces. The restaurant is run by chef Thomas who only uses fresh regional and seasonal products, beautiful flavors. The menu is varied for all tastes. The restaurant (young people) and breakfast team is dynamic and professional.

The Hotel is well located close to Gayant expo. Large secure parking lot, Very warm welcome, friendly staff, very quiet, large, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was excellent, well stocked. The quality/price ratio for this night is therefore very positive, I am not sure that you will find better on Douai...........

Ok for a dog boarding house, but not a hotel! Every other night, we had to deal with barking dogs! The hotel accepts dogs, guests leave the dogs in the rooms and go away for their evening and the day!! So you have to complain to the reception every time, insist on finding the customers, once at 2 a.m., another time at 10 p.m.! And during the day, the poor dog stays alone in 4m2!! In addition, the hotel was renovated, but since then everything has fallen into disrepair, without maintenance. Impossible to reach reception, the phone is broken, impossible to get the light on the mirror, it is broken! The carpets are new but stained. Etc…. Fortunately the staff is nice, but the management should do something. We'll go somewhere else next year.
