I stayed here for 3 nights in a superior room. I was so sorry to leave. I had a wonderful huge bedroom and sitting room with fridge overlooking the pool. Due to superb insulation, the room was silent and I heard no noise. The restaurant is first-class, I loved the food. It is cooked by a very talented chef. The Torrenova salad with prawns was superb, and I had a perfectly balanced pasta dish with olives. The wait staff in the restaurant are outstanding. The housekeepers kept the place spotless and one lady even helped me with my suitcase when I left as I am handicapped. They are all lovely people, including those at reception. WONDERFUL PLACE.

L’alloggio è piccolo e informale, con bar, ristorante e stanze con giardini immersi nel verde e una piscina esterna molto carina. Particolarmente ottimo se si vuole fuggire dalla frenesia della città. Il personale era molto cordiale, anche la ragazza del bar Giulia che si è offerta di aiutarmi nel lavaggio dei vestiti dopo che pensavo si fossero macchiati irrimediabilmente. Ottima la qualità della colazione, specie le squisite marmellate fatte in casa dalla mamma che non si trovano in giro. Un po’ lontana dal centro di Orbetello ma se avete una macchina il tragitto è breve. Qui relax garantito!

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, peccato vada valutato tutto. Ci è stata data una camera con i sanitari per disabili e il WC è molto scomodo dato che è più alto di uno normale, il bidet non c’era. La “doccia” è stata terribile, non c’era un piatto doccia ma era tutto pavimento e le ante che c’erano erano a libretto ed essendo molto vecchie e mezze rotte, si allagava il bagno ogni volta che si faceva la doccia, l’acqua arrivava fino alla camera dove si dormiva. La colazione nonostante fosse inclusa se si prende più di 1 bevanda calda si paga, la qualità del cibo non è stata il massimo. L’esterno è molto carino, c’è il parcheggio per le auto e la posizione del resort è comoda per spostarsi e visitare i posti intorno. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia non posso dire che sia così estremamente pulito ma non è sporco. Il posto ha grande potenziale ma i bagni vanno veramente sistemati perché sono troppo scomodi e creano anche disagi come l’allagamento.

Soggiornato solo una notte ma sufficiente per affermare che si tratta di un ottimo hotel; il posto è davvero tranquillo, comodo e vicino alla superstrada. Camera (quadrupla) in pratica un bilocale più il bagno, pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto davvero comodo e confortevole. Colazione varia ed abbondante (ottime le torte). Giardino e piscina in ottimo stato. Personale gentilissimo e professionale (un particolare ringraziamento alla sig. Sofia per la sua estrema disponibilità)
