Very nice and very friendly agiturismo. Everything was perfect. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was enormous. The breakfasts were wonderful, all made in the agriturismo, and an amazing choice. We were very near the sea and also near the beautiful villages and countrsixde of the Maremma area in Tusacny, Italy. Thank you!

Outstanding B&B powered by eco-friendly policies, not just solar power but every aspect of running their business. Old building converted into state-of-the-art B&B. Outdoor dining patio as well as indoor dining. Balcony and garedn seating. Huge solar heated infinity pool overlooking the olive grove. Awesome buffet breakfast is homemade or locally souced and changes every day. Huge gardens designed to require minimal water. They also give ample privacy! Superbly comfortable indoors and out. Welcoming hosts.

The B&B has everything. Large modern rooms and bathrooms. Sparkling CLEAN. Amazing buffet breakfast with huge choice. Huge infinity pool and garden. The price is right. Great location near the sea. Stunning fishing villages, hilltop castles, huge wine estates.

Facilities are modern, state of the art, eco-friendly. It is 10 minutes to the 6-mile-long Giannella beach, with sand and walks. It has its own infinity pool. Amazing breakfast buffet BUT no croissants or fresh OJ. C'mon - this is Italy!

Beautiful modern B&B with many amenities. Charming place with huge swimming pool, friendly staff and fantastic bedrooms / bathrooms. Superlative breakfast. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. No spa or BBQ.

Very high-level B&B in wonderful rural surroundings, very near the Mediterranean coast which is why we stayed. I would have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast. I am not sure people really want to eat a load of sugar pastries, although there were some salted alternatives. This is not an optimal offering. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay. Room was spacious and had really good shower.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-maintained complex! Everything was very idyllic, with a fantastic pool! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very courteous and helpful! We would book again anytime!
