The hotel is average, not too far from downtown Orangestad, (I used to walk to downtown)there are local & KFC/Burguer King restaurants, mini markets and bars close to it, the lady who works there is super nice. One day the wi-fi didn’t work (but was fixed the next day) the hotel has a nice Pool , my room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, good A/C. I would stay there again (you’re paying for what you get)

The photographs on the site are not only misleading they are fake. The furniture and fixtures shown do not exist. Something went terribly wrong with this property and it should not be promoted on sites like Trip Advisor without someone verifying the accuracy of the information. During our 10 day stay (we tried to relocate but couldn’t due to Carnival season) some people left after one night or refused to stay, there were sex workers operating out of room 4. No restaurant or any food service at all , no bar, infrequent room services due to only one employee on the property. The roof of the gazebo by the pool was collapsing. The interiors of the rooms were bare concrete floors and walls and dilapidated furniture. There was hot water only in the shower, the kitchenette and bathroom sinks had only cold water. This degree of deception should be criminal and I write this not only as a review but a condemnation of an industry that would expose unwary customers to an unacceptable experience.

the bathroom has no door and is clear to see inside,big problem staff is very kind but you rarely see them! No beach towels, no complimentary foods or tea. We also currently have no water right now. No hot water and the toilet doesn't flush properly in very big need of a renovation. The restaurant is ok but apart from that nothing else seems to be right

Our family stayed here for only one night, but even for one night, this place was not suitable. The outside of the hotel and restaurant(bar/lounge) looked abandoned, all the plants were dead, there was a water hose going into the pool and most importantly there were no staff members on sight. Due to that, check-in took about 3 hours. First, they gave us a room with no clean sheets and the wrong key. We were supposed to have a room with two beds but ended up getting a room with only one bed and a sofa. The interior design of the room was stylish and modern, but it felt like it hadn't been cleaned and had a weird smell. So be aware that the website and social media accounts of this hotel are VERY misleading. But it seems based on the 5 star reviews that some people really loved it here :) We also saw it with our eyes. Based on the reviews we now know that our next-door neighbor--who appears to be enjoying his stay so much that he lives there now with all his possession, including a gas canister... Please think twice before you book your stay there, but in end, it's your own decision what kind of experience you are looking for on your vacation.
