The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. It’s clear they’ve invested in self-sustainability, which was beautiful to see. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. The room décor was gorgeous and clearly well thought out. We stayed in the cottages and while lovely, there were some visible cracks in the ceilings. Now… we really need to talk about Gio. From start to finish, he was the true star of our stay. Gio knows hospitality. He made us feel the warmth of the islands from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He’s genuine, he’s kind, and he clearly does what he does out of love and not just because it’s his job. Without Gio, our rating for the hotel would not have been as high. He is a gem in every sense of the word, and the resort is lucky to have him. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR HIM. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. He really does care about you enjoying your stay to the fullest. The restaurant: Honestly, the portion sizes did not match the price, and the flavors were just… average. The service left a lot to be desired and the waitresses had a less-than-friendly attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. That said, Joviela was the rose among the thorns. She greeted us with warmth and a smile every time, and we appreciated her presence. The restaurant got a 2 star rating because of its views. Special mention to a gentleman from Trinidad who worked the restaurant in the evenings, we assumed he was likely the host or supervisor. We didn’t catch his name, but he was fantastic: warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. In closing, I would for sure return to the hotel and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay! The resort is very beautiful, and the landscaping is very lush and pretty. Special thanks to Victor, Alfred and Charissma at the front desk, they are very courteous and knowledgeable! Gio gave us an amazing tour of the resort showing us all the sustainability features such as the greenhouse and solar panels. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of keeping our room clean and the food at the Breeze restaurant was amazing, with breathtaking views! Although there is no beach, the pools are quite lovely. Thank you for your hospitality!

This property is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is so friendly. The food is very good and the rooms are top notch. It is by far the most tranquil place to stay. I felt comfortable the moment I arrived and any needs are attended to. The pools are beautiful as are the gardens all around the property. They truly take pride in all that has been accomplished with more coming. There is an amazing dive shop and staff, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, spa, yoga pavilion, gym and fitness center. I can’t wait return and to bring friends and family

Great structure and very helpful staff like Victor I have been to Golden Rock quite often and I can testify that the customer service has really improved and way above the norm. The resort is well kept with green environment.Very spacious rooms of high standards something we really liked. The staff are the best you can find in the world,Victor from the front desk was a big plus and a great asset to the hotel. He made sure we were well taken care of. The resort has limited entertainment like a lounge is missing and no sport channels at all and that was the only downside of the place

The hotel is a great place,nice people,comfortable and you feel really at home. The rooms have cooking areas and very close to the restaurant and facilities like gymnasium. The internet is good and fast . Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Special thanks to Victor the front desk he does really a good job. Jowi from housekeeping and Gio.

Golden rock is a luxurious accommodation in statia and what makes a big difference is the staff who work there. Starting from Gio,Jowi and Victor who were very helpful and could check on us everyday. The ammenities in the resort is five star and you will enjoy the view of lavish gardens and beautiful blue ocean from your balcony.

The Golden Rock Dive and Nature Resort on Sint Eustatius is, for us, the hidden gem of the Caribbean. We have rarely experienced such warm hospitality. The manager made sure we lacked nothing. At the Breeze restaurant (what an interior!), we were thoroughly spoiled, with vegetables fresh from the garden. And then our apartment: a stunning view, tasteful decor, and a blissful bathroom. Everything was more than spotlessly clean, with an abundance of luxurious towels. Additionally, the lush, architecturally designed tropical garden, covering about 20 hectares, was a true paradise. The vibrant flowers, along with colorful hummingbirds and butterflies, were a feast for the eyes. Although we're not divers, diving instructor Sjouke took us on a snorkeling tour, where we spotted turtles and even a 17th-century cannon.

We are looking forward to our next booking really soon.We visited the hotel on a birthday and stayed in the cottage. The room well decorated and lovely,faster and easier check in by Victor.He was an excellent care taker during our stay.Five star for him and the team. The food was delicious in the breeze restaurant. We shall visited again.
