Es war ein guter Service mit Rund-um-die-Uhr-Besetzung. Uns erwartete ein schönes Zimmer. Leider hat uns das Ambiente beim Frühstück nicht gefallen - der Frühstücksraum war eiskalt, nebenan wurde Staub gesaugt - schade, ich hätte das Frühstück gerne genossen.

Haben hier das zweite Mal übernachtet. Das erste Mal haben wir von der Autobahn aus dort angerufen (es war spät am Abend) und es hat sofort jemand aus der Rezeption geantwortet. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Havel (haben wir am nächsten Morgen bei Tageslicht gesehen) bekommen. Das Personal empfing uns ausgesprochen freundlich und mit schneller Abwicklung. Das Zimmer war groß - Einrichtung absoluter Standard, sehr sauber und die Matratzen wirklich sehr komfortabel. Als wir eben diesen August (2024) wieder auf der Durchreise waren, haben wir uns wieder bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden. Wieder war unsere Anreise spät, wieder haben wir von unterwegs angerufen, wieder hatten wir Glück, dass ein Zimmer frei war und wieder waren wir von der Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals erfreut. Es liegt ganz wunderbar an der Havel, so dass auch längere Aufenthalte wirklich empfohlen werden können. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen, wenn es uns in den Norden führen wird.

Ubicado en un paraje precioso, frente al río Havel, rodeado de frondosa vegetación y con amplio parking gratuito. En general, un muy buen hotel; ocupé una habitación individual con desayuno incluido a un precio de 91 €, aunque en realidad me acomodaron en una habitación doble. Cómoda y muy amplia, buena wifi, secador, agua de cortesía, dispensadores de gel y champú. Le encuentro algunos puntos negativos: no tiene suficientes enchufes, y para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas no tiene aire acondicionado ni mini bar y en el desayuno el zumo de naranja no es natural. Por lo demás, lo dicho, muy buen hotel, preciosos alrededores y un paseo muy agradable de 10 minutos para llegar al Palacio y poco más de 12 hasta la estación de ferrocarril.

Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Lage an der Havel ist sehr schön. Es ist auch recht ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Preis - Leistung stimmen nicht. Das Bett ist sehr hart. Die Kopfkissen gehen gar nicht. Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee sehr gut. Aber es könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Sehr freundliches Und sehr bemühtes Personal, Begrüssung mit lecker Kaffee. Zimmer ok. Frühstück normal. Parkplätze nicht kostenlos! Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko: relativ viel Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche. Schade!

Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch an der Havel. Das ist der einzige Pluspunkt… Das Zimmer war sowas von in die Jahre gekommen, sehr ungemütlich. Das Bad war leider nicht besser und zudem schimmelig… Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider waren die Spiegeleier eiskalt, man hatte vergessen den Einsatz warm zu halten… 106,00 für eine Übernachtung definitiv zu viel
